Warranty
Replacements
All LifeScan Meters are covered by a 3-year warranty. And we understand
the importance you place on having a system that works. After troubleshooting
your system, we will replace your meter promptly, if necessary.
Warranty Terms
If your meter does not work for any reason (except for obvious abuse),
LifeScan Philippines will replace your old meter with a new meter
(or equivalent product) free of charge for the length of the warranty
period. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the
meter. The warranty does not apply to the performance of the meter
when used with any test strip other than the recommended test strips,
or when the meter or test strips are modified in any way.
